Q: Is LaTeenyBits legally certified to be operational?
LaTeenyBits is certified through California Cottage Law and is undergoing registration through the California Department of Public Health Food and Drug Branch to expand our offerings!
Q: I have food allergies. Does LaTeenyBits Bakery make anything wheat/dairy/nut-free?
We do not bake in an allergen-free environment. Due to the presence of these allergens (wheat, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, and soy) at our baking facility, we do not recommend consuming any of our desserts if you are allergic to wheat, nuts, dairy, or eggs.
Q: Does LaTeenyBits have anything sugar-free?
Q: About how many cookies come in the 8, 16, and 32 oz. portions of your mini cookies?
8oz is about 30-35 pieces
16oz is about 65-70 pieces
32oz is about 130- 140 pieces
**Four of our mini cookies are equivalent to a full-sized standard cookie.**
8 oz. is about 7.5-8.75 full-sized cookies
16 oz. is about 16.25-17.5 full-sized cookies
32 oz. is about 32.5-35 full-sized cookies
Q: Does LaTeenyBits cater?
Absolutely! We excel in creating beautiful dessert tables and cupcake tree displays for all types of celebrations, from weddings and graduations to birthdays and corporate events.
Q: What type of custom orders can you do?
Our team will work closely with you to create custom cakes, cakesicles, cupcakes, chocolate-covered rose towers, event favors, dessert tables, and more. To request additional information, please call 949-603-6484 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Does LaTeenyBits make wedding cakes?
No, but coming soon.
Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
For pick-up and delivery: For all items listed on the website, we recommend that you call the bakery to place your order at least 48 hours in advance. We can usually accommodate most orders; however, the more notice you give us, the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order. For custom orders, we require at least a week in advance. Feel free to shoot your shot in emergency cases.
Q: When can I expect my online order in the mail?
We mail out online orders Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed on Wednesday - Sunday will be prepped and sent out the following Monday.
Why? Quality is important to us, and, in the event of postal delays, we would hate for your package to live at the post office on a long Sunday. Exceptions can be made depending on the product and their destination!
Q: Does LaTeenyBits ship baked goods and merchandise?
Q: Can I make changes or modifications to the product combinations offered on the website?
Sorry, at this time, we do not allow substitutions to our product assortments and only offer items to be ordered as they are listed. You can always create a custom order or check back frequently for new flavors, seasonal and holiday specialty items, and baker’s choice selections.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
For real-time rates provided by FedEx, place an item in your shopping bag at our online store, and then shipping will be determined by checkout.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
Clients must cancel orders more than 24 hours before the preferred delivery date and before 2:00 pm EST on that day. Please call so that we may assist you with your request.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If there is a problem with an order you received, please call or email us at Refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal, and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
